Our Story
In 2008, when the housing market began to crash, David Alvares saw a need for quality home inspectors in Modesto and Stanislaus County, California. He approached Michael Moradian to be his business partner.
The two founded the Peace of Mind brand that now provides pest control services to residential and commercial. Locally owned and family-operated, Peace of Mind Pest Control is proud to service areas in three California counties.
